Don’t Believe the Ratings Previous two 1-Star reviews have magically disappeared. Up-Front, never should have bought the car after some of the issues that night but wife really wanted it and thought t have magically disappeared. Up-Front, never should have bought the car after some of the issues that night but wife really wanted it and thought they would take care of things. Bought a fully-loaded Charger RT in March2023. Here is second update to original review previously noted. Will go back over the issues and latest. 1. Initially told in March car was demo by salesperson but Sales Manager corrected her and stated that it was driven on occasion by daughter of owner. a. In June was by told by new Sales Manager (Eual Sigmon) that the daughter drove the car back/forth to school the entire time. b. Based on that info had the nav chip memory dumped and found that she did more than travel to school. In addition, the car was run up to 100+ mph on a regular basis with speeds over 110 mph on occasion. 2. Told by salesperson that the dealership would change the oil and have the front-end aligned. Since it was not done that evening, was told to come back and she would take care of it. a. Went back following week, since she was not there, they could not honor the promise. b. Never got a call back from 2 phone messages. 3. Body paint repairs needed at time of purchase (ie. Chips and the lower front valance was scraped down to the base) were to be repaired within 30 days. They needed to get the paint and schedule with the paint shop. Was told that the scraps on the door thresholds could not be corrected. The salesperson asked us to limit the driving of the car so additional repairs are needed. a. In June Eual told my wife and myself that paint had still not come in but was due in July. Told that when the paint did come in, they would contact us to arrange to have the car taken to Statesville for painting. Again, told to limit the driving of the car. b. After not hearing any further or any returned calls / emails went into the dealership in December. Found that Eual had been released earlier in the year and that the new manager was on medical leave. When I asked for the Owner, was told to talk to Used Car Manager. When questioned why the salesperson had not followed up – told not his department and no answer given. c. The manager did arrange for the repairs to be completed within the week. When I made a comment about the nav info, he stated that ,“It was very believable considering” and then caught himself and said no more. d. I was thinking that with the damage to the lower front bumper they would take it to a paint shop. The individual did the repairs in the parking lot and then handed me the keys. e. Due to the pour job with the repairing the chips and making the lower valance worse, just went local paint shop and they are correcting the damages including the lower front bumper. Attorney Follow-up: Went to two and both said that I might have a case for if combined the misrepresentation of the car (6000+ miles of private use – should have been listed as used), nav info and failure to complete repairs in reasonable time frame, but would take time. ***** Have decided to just keep it, pay for the repairs and never-ever go back there. More

Purchasing my wife’s Jeep was a pleasant experience.
