I was having a issue with my key fab an the service advisor wasn’t very helpful, I got my jeep at Randy Marion Wilkesboro and got the extended warranty. I asked the service advisor if he could find out advisor wasn’t very helpful, I got my jeep at Randy Marion Wilkesboro and got the extended warranty. I asked the service advisor if he could find out if the extended warranty would cover a new key fab and thought he might call or find out if it would while I was there getting my jeep serviced but he didn’t. He did say he call them and then get back in touch with me but he hasn’t done that either More

I had a appointment at Randy Marion Dodge Jeep Ram this morning at 10:00 to get a oil change and tire rotation. I left dealership around 11:00. I noticed driving down the road that my 2022 Jeep Gladiator morning at 10:00 to get a oil change and tire rotation. I left dealership around 11:00. I noticed driving down the road that my 2022 Jeep Gladiator didn't seem to be driving right and had a lot of vibration in the steering and when you'd turn to the left it was a roaring grinding noise and shake sounding like a wooden roller coaster. I got almost back to Taylorsville and I pulled over and checked front end and tires and everything seemed okay. I called dealership and told them about the issue and that I'd head back that way. After 30 minutes they come to the waiting room to tell me that they didn't get the lug nuts tighten. I was shaken up knowing what could've happened if I would've wrecked or the wheel would've came off. Could've ended very badly. I thank God that I'm okay and I turned around when I noticed something wasn't right. Randy Marion has lost my business for good. They said there manager would be contacting me on Monday. More
