There were a couple of things that keep me from rating this experience 5 stars: my maintenance reminder light was still on and I had to get staff to turn it off. Not a big deal, but it was the whole point of the car being there. My seat was moved too close for me to get in the car (I’m 5’10”). No reminder sticker was placed on the windshield. I’m not sure if that is even a thing anymore, but I appreciate the sticker. None of the paper work, including the inspection was discussed. I stay on top of my vehicle’s service and I’m fairly familiar with the various systems, but just a quick 20-30 seconds to go over the service would have been welcomed. The sales staff that I ran in to in the showroom were all very kind. Will definitely be back. More
