Great service, people and shop personnel! I took my Chrysler 300c in for a recall and an antifreeze leak. Recall called for a replacement part in alternator. They totally replaced my alternato I took my Chrysler 300c in for a recall and an antifreeze leak. Recall called for a replacement part in alternator. They totally replaced my alternator with a new one! Great! They performed a pressure test on cooling system and found a leak at thermostat housing. Replaced thermostat and solved my leak. Lou Hajimihalis (Service Advisor) showed me some photos of my front tires. I had no idea that I had cord showing thru on both front tires. Scary! He suggested that I start a Dodge credit card, which would save me $100 on my present bill, but also gave me six months with NO finance charges. Yeah! I had Lou order 4 new Goodyear Eagle Sport tires completed with 4 wheel alignment, for less than other companies wanted for just the tires! Double yeaa! Great service advisor, great dealer and great service technicians. Couldn't be happier! More
