Made an appointment for warranty work on Wednesday for Friday. Get there Friday at 07:30, the time of appointment and was told we had to wait for the warranty place to open at 8am for approval. Wait, it was known before hand what was needed, so why wasn't the call for approval made on Wednesday, or Thursday? Nice enough service dept, think they need some organization. Will post likely go someplace(Hendricks Jeep concord) for any other work. More
