I definitely would not return here and only gave two stars since the salesperson was helpful and tried to find a solution to the issues we were having. We purchased a used vehicle from this location and stars since the salesperson was helpful and tried to find a solution to the issues we were having. We purchased a used vehicle from this location and within two weeks the car began to overheat. We took it to a mechanic to learn that we have almost 6k worth of repairs that need done to this car that is only worth around 9k. Yes, the car is older and has a good bit of miles on it and I expected some minor issues, maybe tires, brakes, or something like that, but you don't expect to get a car that needs so many repairs it would be considered totaled by your insurance company. We were told "Well, you bought a used car you should expect this." No, I don't expect to get a car that you state was inspected and in good condition to have a hole in the transmission pan and also need the head gaskets replaced. Unless you're going to take a mechanic with you to look at each individual thing on the car don't buy a used car here or you'll end up like me with a car that has more repairs than the car is worth, so now I'll only drive it around town briefly and otherwise it will be sitting in my driveway until I can pay it off. High pressure to pay for B.S. add on that you do not want especially on a used vehicle. Oh,! but its already on the car so we must charge for it! B.S. like, nitrogen in tires for 15.00 per tire that does no good and you do not want , but it is already in the tires so we must charge or we lose money! And typical good cop bad cop salesman man of working a "green" young customer for the best deal. Best for dealer not buyer. More
BEWARE! $780 "touch of class product" fee added to ALL CAR HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I went in as a single mom was a specific monthly payment I could afford. At no time did they inform me that ALL cars come with HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I went in as a single mom was a specific monthly payment I could afford. At no time did they inform me that ALL cars come with a b.s. after-market product (wax and seal similar to what all new cars have on them anyway) that costs an additional $780 and you have no choice to decline it. Not to mention their dealer fee is on the high end. So, now a just getting by parent is paying an additional $900 to buy a car from that dealership! Believe me their dealership/staff is not special enough for me to do that!!! Then as they continue to pressure me and make me feel bad about bringing the car from another dealership, the price range they told me they could get me in is out the window. After a day wasted! They try to get me at payments over $100 more than I can do. Did I mention, they tried to sell me the same after-market product again (still failing to mention it already comes with it). This come to find out is for when the originally stuff wears off....right! Never wanted to go car shopping again after this experience. More
