John was very informative and helpful. He was very descriptive of the damage and what the repair would entail. He spoke w/ the insurance adjuster on my behalf. He arranged the rental car. I had my 2006 Cadillac DTS repaired at Claude Nolan after I was rear-ended by another vehicle, and my overall experience was very pleasant. It was a very difficult and confusing time for me becuase it was the first time I'd ever been in a major traffic accident that resulted in my car having to be in repair for an extended period of time, but the staff at the Claude Nolan was very helpful throughout the process. I would love to only get my vehicle serviced at authorized Cadillac dealerships because I feel that they are specially trained to care for Cadillacs, but the prices are often rediculously expensive compared to other service centers. The only reason that I chose Claude Nolan for the repairs after my accident was because I knew that the at fault driver's insurance would pay for it. More
My overall experience with Claude Nolan has been exceptional. David has really gone above and beyond, even after I purchased my car. I had several discrepancies that I found a week or so after I took it off the lot; however, the staff really took care of me fixing every little gripe I had for free with no hassle. I even called back while I was deployed overseas for some paperwork, and they had it in my inbox in a matter of minutes. Initially, I was disappointed that they would't come off of the price a bit more, but after 9 months...the level of service has been worth every penny. More

March 24, 2011 will be my 2nd time at this dealership. The first was to have Auto Body work done due to an auto accident and the second time was to replace the drivers side rearview mirror. Though I reside in the Oakleaf area and there is a Cadillac Dealer on Blanding, I would rather travel the extra 15 miles to the Cadillac Dealer on the Southside. The reason for that is the Honesty of this dealership. In both cases, Mr Griggs took his time to look and varify the problem that needed to be addressed. Never once promoting additional items that were unnecessary. Honesty plays a big role in customer service and Mr. Griggs and Claude Nolan Cadillac PASSED with Flying Colors. I will continue to drive those extra 15 Miles... More
