They changed out the winter tires for the all season, did an oil change, found an issue that was covered under warranty and fixed it and called with a couple other suggestions which were done. My car was returned again by the very nice, professional young man. Again keeping safety in mind, all surfaces were sanitized as well as the key [returned in a little bag after it was sanitized]. Poor customer service We love our Lincoln MKX and had a great experience when purchasing this vehicle. However, when we have been back for oil change service or other issu We love our Lincoln MKX and had a great experience when purchasing this vehicle. However, when we have been back for oil change service or other issues it seems the customer service goes way down once you have purchased the vehicle. We bought our vehicle new, but was used as a demo and had almost a thousand miles on it and were given "2 years of free oil changes" to compensate for the amount of miles on the new vehicle. Well, each time I have gone there for the oil change, it has been an ordeal and had to get manager involved because nothing ever is written down regarding this compensation package of free oil changes. Also, I was there a couple days ago for oil change/tire rotation and I waited for 2.5 hours for this to be done. I will for sure be purchasing another Lincoln vehicle (Navigator) in future, but will be shopping for a different experience next time. More
