This is the 4th Lincoln that I got from White Bear Lincoln and they are in my opinion a great place to work with. The service department has always been ultra friendly and professional. I had the lift gate motor replaced today. The bill I was shown was $941. When I complained about the cost the service manager took $100 off the labor. I was charged $424 for the motor. After checking prices with two other local Ford dealers I find their prices were $219 = $230. They refuse to refund the difference in cost. I have purchased all my vehicles from White Bear Lincoln since 1987. Sadly I won't be back. More

What a great experience I had today when I took my car in to have the oil changed. Derrick said it would take 1 1/2 hours to change the oil, rotate the tires, check the tire pressure, top off the windshiel to have the oil changed. Derrick said it would take 1 1/2 hours to change the oil, rotate the tires, check the tire pressure, top off the windshield washer fluid and wash my car. After just 1/2 hour Derrick came into announce my car was ready; that was fast! More
