Going in to Randy Kuehl Honda, we knew exactly what we needed in an SUV (having done our research in advance, it was between a Toyota Highlander and a Honda Pilot) and already had a competitive price quot needed in an SUV (having done our research in advance, it was between a Toyota Highlander and a Honda Pilot) and already had a competitive price quote from the local Toyota dealership. Matt worked hard for us in negotiating a very fair price. He listened to our additional needs in an SUV and worked to get dealer cost on the add-ons. We had a deadline for delivery. He exceeded that deadline having the vehicle ready within hours. While I waited for the paperwork, I sat in a comfortable area and was offered coffee, soda, etc. We have had prior Honda serviced at Randy Kuehl Honda. We have had the same friendly, customer-oriented, prompt experience with the service department too. Randy Kuehl Honda has earned our continued business. Chanin was great to work with. Chanin was straightforward on pricing with no pressure. Needless to say we bought the Honda Pilot over the Toyota highlander later that night.
