I negotiated with a sales employee with whom I reached agreement for specific terms of purchase for a new Honda Civic EX. I learned shortly after signing that the terms we agreed upon were not available agreement for specific terms of purchase for a new Honda Civic EX. I learned shortly after signing that the terms we agreed upon were not available through the Honda loan department. However, he'd already moved out of state. Brian worked hard with me to try to resolve to both of our satisfactions to meet the original agreement. Finally, he successfully negotiated between me and Nate Kuehl for a solution. I appreciated Brian's commitment, professionalism, and candor. The initial problem developed because my sales person was unaware of how Honda Financing Services worked, and there must have been miscommunication between him and his manager when we reached the point of agreement on the sale. So he'd promised me terms that were not policy. I don't think this was done deliberately, and sometimes stuff happens and things go awry. I think Brian worked very hard to amend this. I'm satisfied, and love my new car. My only suggestion would have been for Nate Kuelh to communicate with me directly to solve this. Brian was passing messages back and forth between us, as he had no authority for final decisions. It would have expedite for me to have Nate work directly with me. As it was, it took quite a while to resolve. But in the end, it was resolved, and I think this scenario was unique. More

Mike Teply is the only reason I came back to Randy Kuehl Honda to purchase my car. On my second visit into Randy Kuehl to test drive a car again I had an awful experience (I was not working with Mike at Honda to purchase my car.
