We needed a teen-friendly vehicle that could be trusted in Iowa driving conditions and to get our son through high school and well into college. He was patient as we moved back and forth on different makes and models; not wanting to purchase our first non Honda vehicle in 21 years. We did find the right vehicle, our son likes it. Being ever picky on the quality, even of an older Honda, we did find some items that need to be mechanically addressed. These items will need to be done at a later date, which is a bit inconvenient given the distance between our home and the dealer. All said, we would recommend Randy Kuehl Honda to anyone who wants a quality vehicle and is willing to work with a genuinely interested sales team. More

We've been in communication with Nate and Chanin over the last couple of years looking at Pilots. Chanin stayed in touch and listened to our concerns and hopes for a new car. When the 2014 models were going to come on the lot soon, Chanin alerted us that the 2014 model of the Pilot wasn't that different in comparison to the 2013 (we were holding out for a while to see what the body style would look like. If it was going to be a major change- we wanted to get the newer model). We wanted to make sure we were making the right choice if we were going to spend the money. Chanin helped us understand our options and did some extra searching to make sure we ended up with a color and style that best fit our tastes. Every detail was taken care and Chanin and Nate never made us feel rushed. We were communicated with on every detail of our purchase. They took the time to go over the specifics of the car and have since been available for follow up questions as well. They are very prompt with their response time and are always on the same page.
