Offered and accepted a free oil change. I usually do my own service maintenance, but I was do for an oil change so figured why not get it for free. Service center tried to upsale me by show I usually do my own service maintenance, but I was do for an oil change so figured why not get it for free. Service center tried to upsale me by showing me condition of cabin and engine air filters. I knew they needed to be changed and had already purchased replacements. When I returned home and went to replace my air filter I found that none of the screws had been tightened down and one was missing. I returned to dealership to have fixed. My free oil change cost me two trips to the dealership and wasted time. I was disappointed at the least and not sure I have trust in service center for future needs. More
