Smooth, relaxing, fun, informative and honest! I have given my experience a five star (highest rating) because of the most satisfying experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. It was a relaxing experience, I felt as if I was a part of their family, and when it came time to leave with my new vehicle, I did not want to leave. We had so much fun visiting and talking with Orlando and Jason. What a team! Jason has put together a working team that truly emphasizes the phrase, "the customer comes first." It was never about the money to the sales staff , but it was about my satisfaction as a customer and WOW! did they ever satisfy my family and I. They took an interest in each one of us, getting to know us personally and then helping us to purchase, without any pressure what-so-ever, the exact vehicle which suited us. I will NEVER buy another vehicle ANYWHERE else, even if I move out of state, I will come back and everyone will know of my experience at Randy Curnow Auto Plaza! More

Best customer service ever! Melissa was awesome and really listened to all my concerns. I loved my BMW at first site but When I first bought my car I got stuck with a high intere Melissa was awesome and really listened to all my concerns. I loved my BMW at first site but When I first bought my car I got stuck with a high interest rate. I went ahead and purchased it because I really wanted it! Cindy continued to work on my loan & in time she was able to get someone to take my loan and reduced it IN HALF!!! I couldn't believe it. She really wanted the best for me and I could be more happy.
