Scheduled service I made an appointment to have my oil changed and recall notices. After arriving and waiting I went to the advisor to ask what was the delay I had an I made an appointment to have my oil changed and recall notices. I was then told that it was a 1st come 1st serve basics the they wouldn't be able to do the recall since it would need the entire day. What was the point of the appointment if they wasn't going to honor it. Poor customer services skills and no communications. 3 1/2 hour later my car was finally ready. Very disappointed. More

Warranty work Irma did a great job of keeping me informed on the status of the repairs. I did seem like it took a bit longer than I thought it should. Brake service The service department opens at 7am and I had an Uber bring me to drop me off so I could pick up my truck.
