I would like to give a good rating however after the sale seems to be a problem. The truck is suppose to come with a Tailgate Removal Kit in the glovebox and the manual says if it's not there have the dealer seems to be a problem. I'm getting some static and not the part. It's important because of the sensors and cameras won't work correctly if it's not installed when the tailgate is removed. I even tracked down what appears to be the correct part number but this still doesn't seem to be enough to motivate them to get the part! Therefore a one star rating. More

Check engine light comes on some days and turns off on its own take it to the service center and they don’t even consider fixing the problems with multiple codes. What they do is delete them then drive it c amount of miles if no light comes on it’s given back to the customer and call that hiccups and they are not embarrassed to call it that either. A hiccup is never a good thing on anything. They just rush through it as the mechanics probably get paid on commission so the more vehicles they get out the door a day the better for them. It’s a shame you pay so much for a truck for such bad service. This is my 2nd time bringing it in under 24,000 miles on it if it happens a 3rd time I might have to turn it in for a different truck manufacturer. More

Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. After finally dropping off my car for repairs, I received nothing but generic text messages with constant delays and zero phone calls. Completion dates changed multiple times without explanation, and I’m now paying $50 a day out of pocket for a rental because of their lack of communication and care. It’s not just frustrating — it’s costing me real money. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid Planet Ford Collision Center at all cost. More
