Truly the best experience I have ever had, and they exceeded all expectations!! I work in the credit union industry and went through some of our preferred dealers first. Chase and his team provided better service and pricing while not even being directly affiliated with our preferred list. He delivered on all promises, from the truck to the time for financing and beyond. You won't be disappointed if you work with him and his team. Great Service till finance! Overall wonderful! We traded in two cars for one. This is my third time purchasing a vehicle from Planet Ford in Humble. Levi our salesman and Shawn with technology wer We traded in two cars for one. This is my third time purchasing a vehicle from Planet Ford in Humble. Levi our salesman and Shawn with technology were wonderful. Highly recommend them. We were the last people to be helped and both guys never made me feel like I was bothering them or they were in a hurry to get home. Levi asked what I was looking for found a couple to look at pulled them up and let me take my time. Was not pushy, did not make me feel like I had to pick one. Wonderful experience! Finance wish I didn’t have to deal with them. He was spending my money telling me since you are losing a car payment you can take on an extra $100 on your new payments. That was annoying. You could tell that he was trying to hit his goal on sales products. As usual I had to haggle the payment that we had already agreed on. Finance is literally the reason I hate buying vehicles. More

Unresponsive, no communication, no service "Booked" my vehicle in for a diagnosis and repair of an ABS issue. Tim told me to take the truck in the next day and they would look at it. They didn "Booked" my vehicle in for a diagnosis and repair of an ABS issue. Tim told me to take the truck in the next day and they would look at it. They didn't look at the vehicle for more than a day and a half. I called and the technicians mailbox was full. Passed on messages to call back with no response until pushed very hard. Was told pm on day 1 that vehicle would be looked at the next morning. Called in the afternoon (multiple times to get a response) and vehicle still hadn't been looked at. Techs voicemail was full so no way to contact other that switchboard every time. They just pass on the call then hang up and it goes to a voicemail box that's full. Very service orientated. I have no issue if you are backed up and can't get to my vehicle, just tell me. Don't make up crap and tell me you'll get to it first thing. Truck would still be there if I hadn't pulled it. More
