The personal help to me by the courtesy shuttle drivers and the fact that this service is available is noteworthy in itself. Amanda's persistence with American Auto Shield, my extended warranty provider is a credit to her and I appreciate those efforts very much. Service drive Was left standing at the desk while the service writer arranged papers, he never acknowledged my presence. Quick and painless my Son and the salesman had been talking before I came to the dealership for about a week and when I came in the car was ready for the test drive. Sad performance I brought my truck in for warranty work and it was there for 4 days. No one contacted me, I had to call for updates. It ended up being there for 9 day I brought my truck in for warranty work and it was there for 4 days. No one contacted me, I had to call for updates. It ended up being there for 9 days. They also did some recall work during this time. One of the recalls was to work on the door mechanism. 2 days after I got it back I found one of my back doors would not open from the inside. I found a part they had taken out of my door under the back seat. I took the door panel off and found the door mechanism cable was not connected. I did this myself as I have no confidence in Planet Ford service. More

Fixed a problem that another dealer did not. After taking the F-150 to a dealer closer to my house (twice) for an intermittent problem - I was told that since the problem wasn't noticed during th After taking the F-150 to a dealer closer to my house (twice) for an intermittent problem - I was told that since the problem wasn't noticed during the short time they drove it, they couldn't fix it. I took it to Randall Reed, and the tech noticed that the description matched a TSB that had been out over a year. Truck repaired and the issue has not re-appeared. More
