The sales staff was professional and friendly. The finance person was not. Once I mentioned I would finance with my own credit union and didn’t want the service options, he seemed disengaged. This was exacerbated even more when the finance paperwork was delayed in being processed. I called for an update and was told to expect a return call. It never came. Callback is customer service 101. The way the financing was handled was not professional in my opinion. Approved for a vehicle but it had not been inspected so it did not pass inspection this should be done before the vehicle gets financed. my opinion.
