Suzanne tried to be a positive party to my many issues with my vehicles, Anthony the service manager is ignorant and could care less about the customer issues or quality of the work they are doing, but in the end the dealership itself was unable to fix my issues on my truck, in fact they have failed numerous times to correct the issues as they continue to come back within a few short miles of leaving the service bay. I tried to get FORD to help but they refuse to call me back, all of my issues are under warranty and as of yesterday I receive a letter from the dealerships attorney telling me to cease and desist all communication with the dealership. So basically I have issues with both of my vehicles of which only 1 dealership has ever serviced or worked on it, I have been a patient and loyal customer always working with them when they could not get to me in a timely fashion, or when they had my vehicle for 6 months at a time leaving me without a vehicle drive. Now they just say go somewhere else and threaten me with their lawyer. I am disheartened that they would treat a customer this way and leave them without many options to fix their vehicle. I would not recommend this dealership for purchase or service, I would hope the few good people that work there find a better place to value them. More

After waiting almost 1. 5 years from the initial order, we finally received our Bronco. I do wish the communication during this extended time was better, as we never really knew when the vehicle would arrive. I'm not sure where the communication breakdown occurred, either with Ford or the dealership, but it was disappointing. And ultimately Ford was responsible for the delay, not the dealership, so I do not think it is fair to put much blame on the dealership. But once the vehicle arrived, the service was fantastic. Our sales representative Ian was incredibly generous with his time, staying late with us on Friday night so we have our very highly anticipated Bronco for the weekend. He was fast and efficient and did not pressure us in any way, other that for us to get driving as quickly as possible. I would recommend Ian to anyone - he was exceptional. Ian - these 5 stars are for you! More
