Brought my truck in for an oil change and got told my battery was in the red, brake fluid needed changing, and coolant needed a flush. Tested battery later tested all green. Had Ford replace brake fluid battery was in the red, brake fluid needed changing, and coolant needed a flush. Tested battery later tested all green. Had Ford replace brake fluid and coolant. Coolant was not properly filled and they did come fill it afterwards. Was informed of an oil leak after the other services had been done. No oil leak was found and no leaks have happened weeks later. Most of the recommended services were not needed or warranted. The inspection team needs to be sure that all recommended work is needed and all work done is inspected before releasing the vehicle to the customer. I have been a customer of Randall Ford for several years but after this experience and prior experiences, where they did not check brake fluid level and I got home with barely any brake fluid, I will not be returning for any more services.
