Dealership refused to give me tax credit at point of sale. Promised I could get tax credit at tax time but the dealership failed to submit the time of sale to the IRS. The dealership isn’t being very responsive and Jordan in finance has told me every day he is going to call and has not done anything. I’ve reached out to sales managers as well and have not heard anything. Seems the only one that tried doing anything was the salesman Daniel who has been the help I’ve received. I do not recommend buying here , they only care about getting their money and not helping you get yours even through consumer law requires them to do so. Do not !!!!! I repeat do not buy from Randall Ford unless you want dishonesty from management. More
