Painless! I did some research and price matching online about the car I was purchasing. I looked at a couple dealerships out of state and here in Fort Smith. I I did some research and price matching online about the car I was purchasing. I looked at a couple dealerships out of state and here in Fort Smith. I found the car I wanted at Randall Ford and submitted an online inquiry. Peter, called me first thing the next morning! I decided to go by and do a test drive and of course fell in love. Considering the other offers and incentives from other dealers, Peter took my info and found me EVEN MORE DISCOUNTS! I had to leave to go to a couple appointments and left it all in Peter's hands. While sitting in the doctors office I got a text from Peter saying HAPPY BIRTHDAY FROM RANDALL FORD, your new mustang is ready for delivery! It was the smoothest transaction I have ever had with any dealership! Peter and the finance manager Noel went above and beyond and pulled the car onto the showroom floor to help pull off the surprise to our son! This is our second vehicle from Randall Ford in the past year and our first interaction with Peter. Let me tell ya, they have our business for good! It was a late Saturday evening when I came by. So my dealer and finance guy had to stay late and they never made me feel like that was a inconvience. They were very helpful and so friendly!! I studied for a month before going car shopping and found Randall Ford's prices to be very reasonable and comparable to others. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and so glad I went by Saturday. Love love my Nissan Rogue and the great deal I got on it!! More
