Shady..unprofessional Wanted to buy a 2016 GMC Sierra 2500 hd. The first day I contacted them I had to wait because they said somone had called and was coming in to buy it Wanted to buy a 2016 GMC Sierra 2500 hd. The first day I contacted them I had to wait because they said somone had called and was coming in to buy it and they would let me know at the end of the day if it was sold. I didn’t hear anything by the following evening so I texted the salesman and asked if it had sold and he said it was still available but it was his day off so he couldn’t do anything for me, but informed me to send my credit app in and asked what time would be a good time to call me the following day and I told him anytime....so the next day about 11:30am rolls around and I haven’t heard anything so I contact hi. Again and he says he’s currently working on it for me. I though oh great....gets ahold of me a while after to discuss my options and a few mins later says I’m not going to believe it but the gmc has been sold by another salesman and they were finalizing the deal as we spoke. So basically...I had to wait the first day for somone that called and said they were coming and never showed....then I had to wait because it was his day off...and then they finally start working with me and sell it to someone else. Very unprofessional. More

Wasted two hours drive time . Called dealer to see if car was still available. Salesperson called me back and described car as having a few minor scratches. I drove to Ft. Smith only to find roof had hail damage, drivers door had two foot long dent in it and tires were so bald, one I felt was as smoothe as a bald mans head. Total waste of my time and gas. Will never return to this dealer. More
