Discussed, Dsmages Had the passenger air bag recall done. Two big slices in my forward dash panel facing the passenger seat. Noticed it as soon as I left. Called and talked to Randy Khounvisay and told him. I went back and he took pictures on 4-9-19. Brad Randall president/general manager came out and shook my hand and looked at it. He said he would look at the videos and said he would get back to me as Brad also said. Now it 3 days and I haven't heard from either one yet. The scratches are right where the part would have been pulled out and lowered per you tube video I watched on removing the part. Scratched dash panel may cost$30.00 to replace. More

Friendly I rated 4 stars only because my husband did all the dealings with the salesperson. But for the time I was there everyone was friendly. Waste of my time I went to get a second key for my car, that they never gave me when I purchased it originally, and was informed it would take about 2 hours. I schedul I went to get a second key for my car, that they never gave me when I purchased it originally, and was informed it would take about 2 hours. I scheduled a time in which that it would barely interfere with my work schedule. An hour and a half after arriving, I was informed that the new key had just left the building to be cut and that it would be at least another hour once it returned. At the three hour mark, which was 30 mins before I had to be back at work before it closed for the day, I walked back to the service department and asked how much longer it would be. They nonchalantly let me know that it was done and they would get my advisor. This is the most incompetent dealership I’ve ever visited for service. If it wasn’t for the drive, I would make a trip to Harlan Ford in Okmulgee, OK each time I needed service. No one cares about your time, only the money. If they had done their job properly when they sold me the car, I never would have had to go back for a second key to begin with. More
