Quiero disculparme por el retraso en el mantenimiento oportuno de su vehículo y por el hecho de que no recibió el código del teclado como lo solicitó. Parece que viniste el día antes de la hora de tu cita, pero aún así pudiste trabajar. Desafortunadamente, estaba cerca de la hora del almuerzo, por lo tanto, no pudimos cuidarte tan rápido como podríamos haberlo hecho de otra manera. También estamos buscando formas de acomodar mejor a nuestros huéspedes que están aquí esperando con nosotros, así que le agradezco que nos haya llamado la atención sobre el hecho de que no hay lugar para niños en el área de espera. Esto es algo que investigaremos para tratar de cambiar en el futuro. Insalaré el problema de programación que causó el retraso en la reparación de su vehículo para que no tarde tanto en el futuro.
