Service Department We brought our new car in to Rancho Grande for every service interval covered by Subaru. Cabin air filter was not changed during recommended service We brought our new car in to Rancho Grande for every service interval covered by Subaru. Cabin air filter was not changed during recommended service interval. Thankfully my husband had read the manual and compared their service receipt and noticed it hadn't been done. When we contacted Rancho Grande they agreed that it should have been changed and so we made the hour trip back the next week to have it changed. They also charge $14.95 for a tire rotation, take it to American West Tire Pros in Atascadero, they will do it for free! Even if you didn't buy your tires there. You can trust that Tire Pros will truly rotate your tires. Based on the ware patterns, indicators point to the possibility Rancho Grande hadn't actually rotated them during service intervals, and based on their track record I wouldn't be surprised. All in all I would not trust the care of your car to Rancho Grande, their service is inconsistent. The employees were always nice though, which made it a bummer not to trust their service. More

At no time during the entire buying process were we rushed or pushed; she actually gave us a better deal than where I lived so I didn't mind the drive to purchase the car. She explained every step along the way as well as giving us thorough instruction on all the paper works and features of our new car.
