I was sold a DAMGEROUS Forester while they KNEW there was a class action lawsuit on previous Foresters with the same RAB issue that gave me a BAD concussion. The headrest is also dangerous and contributed to my concussion when the car slammed on the brakes for NO REASON! Subaru refused to test other models like mine in my medium slope of a driveway. They refused because either they didn't want me to know I got a lemon or they KNEW it would do the same thing and didn't want knowledge of either to get out. More

The dealer failed to replace lost antifreeze after doing cooling system warranty repair. Discovered this the day after I drove 40 miles home. I have had my Subaru serviced at Rancho Grande Motors for about 2 years. I am completely satisfied with the service department.
