The process of applying for financing and filling out paperwork was zippy and painless - unlike other experiences I have had at most other dealerships. When I placed the order for my WRX, I was given a discount on the price without even asking. Comparing the price I paid to the price others have paid for the same vehicle, I know I got a good deal. This is the second vehicle I have purchased through Ramsey and when the time comes, I will definitely buy a third. Strongly recommend contacting Moser if you want to be sure to have a similar experience. Only negative is I had to wait 90+ days for the WRX but that is not atypical for all new purchases based on conversations I have had with other owners around the country via Facebook. This is not the fault of the dealership and at the end, it was well worth the wait. More
beware of as is and "inspections" that passed I bought a mazda 5 on a Wednesday night, and on Friday I was in the tire repair shop having four nails and or screws pulled from the back tire!!! I drive the freeway to work, hard to believe it happened on my behalf. And there was already a plug in it!!! Shouldn't that have been changed before being sold?!?!?!?! So beware of the so called inspection they do on your used as is vehicle! Price was right, service was good, outcome pissed me off! $120 for a new tire all cause I believed what their "inspection" paper said to be true!!! More

I had a great experience overall. This was my first experience buying a new car, and it was much easier than I expected. In fact, probably a little too easy as I hadn't planned on doing anything but te experience buying a new car, and it was much easier than I expected. This winter my 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix was having a hard time starting. My electrical work inside the car seemed to be diminishing so I thought it was either a battery issue or electrical issue. I took my car to the Ramsey Auto Service center, where they discovered that I not only needed a new battery, but a new positive battery chord as well. Tim Jennings was extremely friendly to me, did a wonderful job of explaining what exactly was going on with my car (I'm not a knowledgeable car person by any means) and then took care of me by giving me a nice rental car to use while my car was being looked at. Overall, I had a great experience with Ramsey and would definitely return again! More
I called 2 weeks ahead to schedule a alignment on a 2005 outback and wanted my transmission fluid checked. The day I had my appt the service appt informed me after I drove to Des monies from Huxley that th outback and wanted my transmission fluid checked. The day I had my appt the service appt informed me after I drove to Des monies from Huxley that there alignment table was broken and without following my specific instructions they drained my trans fluid and charged me 70 dollars. These guys are UN-professional, and can't follow specific instructions. Take your car to the twin cities Luther Subaru offers 5 star service at a 5 star dealership, Ramsey sucks. This is the 2nd time I have had less then professional service from this dealership. More

I can't even rate this place as it was so bad. I will not ever be taking my auto back to them. I wish I had seen this site before I took it to them. They are rude and have no customer service. I sat for 3 1/2 hours for them to tell me that it needed a part that cost $700. Then they had no way for me to get home unless I rent a car...Hoof it or call a friend. Nothing about a shuttle at all was mentioned for me to get to work the next day.... if I made it home that night from this nigtmare place. They are so far away from me too. They just plain don't care ... they are only after the money. I too will look elsewhere for service. Too big for their britches if you ask me. Definitley avoid this place. I will let everyone I know what happened to me. Doesn't do any good to talk to the service manager either...they are right and that's that. I wonder...who run's this place???? I'm sure they don't see this...unless they do and have the same attitude. More
