I took my Outback in for a regular service. I also asked for a detail. Service called to see if the wipers should be replaced. We said yes. Ramsey the had it for 48+ hours with no communication. Service could not find the paperwork. I sat around for another 30 minutes while they tried to figure out where it was. I think this is because they were UNDERSTAFFED. I have a lot more than 25 words to say about this dealership. First overall, it is well above average. Second there are a few of your staff that I've had occasion to argue with because they want to dealership. First overall, it is well above average. Second there are a few of your staff that I've had occasion to argue with because they want to decide how I spend my money rather explain or recommend with justification how I might make the decision. Recently I've seen some confusion and disorganization in the service department I couldn't explain until I learned about the ownership change. My hope is that with the end of COVID 19 and some re-orientation this will be a bit smoother. I'm loyal to the Ramsey name and it remains to be seen if I can be loyal to the new ownership. I was told 3 times that I would have a loner car. Then I sat in the waiting room for 2.5 hours before I was told that actually I couldn’t have a loner car after all. Not the usual caring service. Jerry was the usual - passing the buck. Try not to have to deal with him. In the past he tried to sell me a tire I didn’t need. Got other opinions. Discount Tire said they would know until the looked. It was fixable and they did it fir free. That was 2017 and it is still being drivien. It was on my 2010 Outback. 100000 mile tire. He had to send his tire back. Don’t know for sure yet that the oil leak was fixed. He blamed it on the last oil change. Problem is that it was discovered before the last oil change. He was rather rude. More
