He was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns, answered all my questions and made sure I had the information I needed to make an informed decision, and he has continued to stay in touch after the sale. I worked with Bill Hudash and he was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process I bought my 2016 crosstrek (my FIRST Subaru) from Ramsey Subaru. I worked with Bill Hudash and he was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Bill knew I was looking for a used crosstrek and notified me when they acquired anything that fit my needs. He also suggested a couple similar cars they had (outside the Subaru family) if they seemed appropriate, which helped my fiancé and I compare the value of a Subaru. Bill was incredibly knowledgeable about Subarus and the crosstrek model. He made it very easy to compare different years of crosstreks as well as comparing crosstreks with other models. If there was something Bill was not 100% sure about, he double checked / researched the info and always gave me credible answers to my questions. Most importantly, I never felt pressured or felt like Bill was just trying to make a sale. I've looked at cars at other dealerships where the salesmen were extremely pushy, which was incredibly off-putting. Bill truly made the experience low-stress and geared towards getting what I needed (wanted) in a car. I REALLY love my car, but I'm not sure I would have it today if Bill hadn't provided such incredible service throughout the car buying process. I couldn't be happier with how it all played out.
