Needs changes I had an appointment for a minor job that would take about 15 minutes. I ended up waiting more than 2 hours. The waiting room was full of people in for oil changes that did not have an appointment. After the oil change, the service advisor comes out to the waiting room suggesting additional repairs such as brakes, cv boots etc. They promise to complete the repair right away instead of making another appointment. This causes a backup, and delays everyone else. Please require appointments for everything so they can be scheduled appropriately. More

Wonderful Dealer Experience I made the mistake driving onto the lot with the assumption that I was going to get the stereotypical dealership experience. My wife and I were presen I made the mistake driving onto the lot with the assumption that I was going to get the stereotypical dealership experience. My wife and I were presently surprised that was not the case. Our sales person, Jim laid out the facts, was very thorough and was non-pressuring. Gave us the time we needed to drive the car and look it over. The vehicle was listed ‘as-is’ but Ramsey worked with us on a few things that it needed. No games. They even fixed a dent in the car as part of the deal. Great experience. Also, I should note that Michael Novak has a wonderful singing voice. More

The repair was difficult to diagnose...did not act up while at Ramsey. When advised no problem found, I picked it up and just as I was exiting the parking lot the problem reappeared. I immediately returned to service and personnel heard it...a true “ah-ha” moment! Service kept the Outback, then provided a ride home to me. The vehicle was repaired and available to pick up the next morning. I certainly appreciated the stellar service by Jerry and the service personnel! More
