Making the appointment was easy. Paul was very organized. I tend to keep my cars until they are really old, so it's been a while since I've bought a new one. Before my appointment to talk about purchasing the 2019 Forrester, I did my homework. Paul had me drive a Forrester on a predetermined route to demonstrate the features. He was well prepared for the appointment and covered all my questions. We signed a contract for a Touring the same day and then I waited for it's arrival. What surprised me was the 'homework' I was assigned the night before picking up the car! Not a bad idea. We went over all the electronic features and apps when I got there the next day.... I'm glad Ramsey has a remedial classes so that I can come back after driving the car for a while and ask more questions & go over everything that 'went over my head's the 1st time!!! Buying a car can be stressful, especially with all the new technology available. Subaru and Paul Moser are really helpful easing new customers through that process. ...
