Replaced a part I spoke with Curt at the service center initially to explain the problem and schedule to bring my car in. He was so rude to me on the phone. He yelled I spoke with Curt at the service center initially to explain the problem and schedule to bring my car in. He was so rude to me on the phone. He yelled at me multiple times and had a very short temper. He interrupted me twice. I had to ask him twice to not yell at me. After they were able to look at the car, Curt then spoke with my husband. He was short with him as well on the phone and had no customer service skills at all. The part was overpriced from other places we looked into and they took a day longer than they quoted us to finish the job. Honestly, I haven’t been treated with such disrespect maybe ever. I would not suggest for any of my family or friends to work with Curt. More

Certified used purchase. We either didn't see the chip the windshield or it was "filled"in, but nothing about it was disclosed so when I saw the chip the very next day I took We either didn't see the chip the windshield or it was "filled"in, but nothing about it was disclosed so when I saw the chip the very next day I took it to Safelite to be repaired as we hadn't purchased the extended warranty. When we took it to Safelite they informed us that it had already been repaired once and there was nothing else that could be donebesides replacing the whole windshield. So much for a certified vehicle purchase with car fax. More
