My wife, my sister, and I spent the better part of a day (March 12, 2021) with Natthaniel and the good folks at Ramsey Subaru in Des Moines. From the onset, we were welcomed by Natthaniel, treated with respect & kindness (which is important), and served in a transparent and honest manner. Everything about our experience with Natthaniel and his colleagues was top-notch. We appreciated the "tempo" of the day, in that there was no "time schedule" to take test drives (we drove two models), converse privately about our decision, and we took a lunch hour away from the dealership to make our final decision. We have purchased something like 7 vehicles over a 35 year period and this was the BEST overall experience we have had to date. One additional aspect that we appreciated -- although we live 200 miles away from Des Moines, the Ramsey folks are going to come pick up our vehicle and take it to their dealership to apply the Exterior Clear Shield package. They will then return our new vehicle to our home. They are also providing us with a loaner during the process -- all at no extra cost to us. 5 stars for Ramsey Subaru! More

We just bought a new Forester from Ramsey and Mitch Williams. It was a good, and very efficient experience. I sent an email seeking pricing on a 3 specific cars, and Mitch provided me with a prompt and complete response. The Ramsey price quote was excellent. I set an appointment with Mitch for the next day to have our trade-in assessed, and to drive the car we were most interested in. He was all set when we arrived. We agreed on a trade-in price, and I drove out in the new car that same day. Zero hassles, zero sales pressure, no wasted time, and very good deal. Mitch is courteous, energetic, organized, and he knows the Subaru product. We highly recommend him and this dealership (and the cars are great too!). More

This was our first service appointment at Ramsey Subaru for our 6,000 mile / 6-month initial oil change, tire rotation, etc. service since buying our very first Subaru (a new 2020 Subaru Ascent) in October for our 6,000 mile / 6-month initial oil change, tire rotation, etc. service since buying our very first Subaru (a new 2020 Subaru Ascent) in October of 2019. (Due to COVID and not having been able to travel 6,000 miles within the usual 6 months, it was actually a 13-month checkup.) And all went very well with Travis Hines as our advisor (and to all those in the shop who completed all of the service work, many thanks). We also needed an extra bit of service since our home Wi-Fi service was not up-to-snuff, and I want to give a big shoutout to Nick Vaughn for going the extra mile and taking the extra time to download and install the Starlink and Navigation updates that were needed. There is no doubt that we will have Ramsey Subaru do all of the service work on our Subaru for the many years that we are looking forward to driving it (and hopefully we'll be putting more miles on it a little more quickly than we did during the last year).
