I have had my Forrester Wilderness for almost 2 years. Since I am retired, I don't put many miles on it. Last week it started making horrible, loud squealing and grinding sounds. They found a rock in the brakes (I live on gravel roads) and didn't charge me even though it was not covered by warranty. However, before I got home, it started making noises again. Took it back in yesterday and they found another rock! Again no charge. Very polite, friendly service people and nice waiting area. I have used several different dealerships over the last 50 years and Ramsey surpasses them all. Now, we just need to figure out why rocks are getting caught in the brakes! More
