My wife and I hadn't shopped for a new car in more than 25 years, but we're glad we had the opportunity to stop at Ramsey Mazda. We came to look at the CX-90 and liked the overall appearance inside and ou 25 years, but we're glad we had the opportunity to stop at Ramsey Mazda. We came to look at the CX-90 and liked the overall appearance inside and out. The front receptionist asked if we needed assistance, we said yes, and she immediately got a salesman (his name was Joseph) to assist us. He first showed us various features of the floor model and explained the different trim levels that the vehicle came in when we went back to his desk. Joe was very nice and personable; he took the time to explain thing in detail including price and finance options that were currently available. He mentioned that he had two 2024 Preferred CX-90's in inventory and could make us a good deal, it turned out that one of them was in a Soul Red Crystal Metallic which was a beautiful color that both my wife and I Liked. Soon after with very little haggling, we bought it and with 0% financing for 36 months. Joe was extremely helpful in our decision making and took the time to explain and go over all the details. Next, we met with Donovan Lau, the business manager who walked us through the finance end of the deal. He also was extremely nice and very personable to us 2 old, retired folks. He took care of us at the time of purchase as well as on the day we picked up the vehicle, it was a pleasure dealing with him. Then on the day of pickup, we were introduced to Chris Tejada, Delivery Coordinator. He too was extremely nice and personable. Chris showed and explained all the interior controls. Figuring that I'm not going to remember everything he said, my wife took a video of what Chris showed and explained to us. Chris knew it would be a lot to remember and said not to worry, he could be contacted in person or by phone to answer or show us things we're having trouble with. Little does he know this may be a full-time job for him since the purchase of this vehicle for us is like going from a dumb old flip phone to a new smartphone. Joe, Donovan and Chris have made this a wonderful experience to shop at Ramsey Mazda and I will highly recommend them to any of our friends and relatives that may be in the market for a new vehicle. I actually enjoyed doing business with this dealership. I recently purchased a certified pre owned CX-5 from them. The OTD price was fair and there wasn’t any excessive fees tacked on. There was a problem I discovered after I took it home and my salesman Luis drove to my house the next day with a loaner car, took my car back to the dealership and had the service dept. correct the issue. I had been using a much larger dealership in the past, leasing 3 CX-5’s and a CX-50. I liked the more personalized experience with Ramsey Mazda. All in all I will be going back to them for my future car needs. More
