She was so friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and concerned about us. I can't even begin to say how grateful we are for her help, it could have turned into an awful situation but she helped us in such a way that it turned out wonderfully. I can't begin to sing her praises enough. Wish there were more people like her, she's wonderful and as an employee incredible! Outrageous pricing on oil change. Bought this vehicle at Ramey Ford with 2,187 mi. in Apr. Paperwork stated vehicle had 4.930 mi. I went back next day and told Salesman veh. odometer Bought this vehicle at Ramey Ford with 2,187 mi. in Apr. Paperwork stated vehicle had 4.930 mi. I went back next day and told Salesman veh. odometer stated 2,187 mi. instead of 4,930. Took to Ramey 8/9/2023 for 1st oil change. Ramey had sent me e-mail advertising $49.95 oil change up to 6 qts. This was not a coupon. When I went in I told them I wanted $49.95 oil change. After they finished I went to pay and they stated the bill was $120.00. I ASKED WHY NOT $49.95 AS STATED IN E-MAIL, THEY SAID I DID NOT HAVE A COUPON. I SAID THE E-MAIL DID NOT SAY THIS WAS A COUPON. I HAD NO RECOURSE BUT TO PAY. I WILL NOT BE BACK TO RAMEY AGAIN. WHEN I BOUGHT THE VEHICLE THE SALESMAN SAID I WAS ELIGIBLE FOR A FREE OIL CHANGE.. SALESMAN IS NO LONGER THERE I THINK. EVEN THOUGH THE VEH. TAKES 7 QTS. THE PRICE OF $120.00 IS WAY OUT OF BOUNDS!!
