REPAIR ON FORD ESCAPE TOOK MY ESCAPE IN FOR REPAIR , PICKED IT UP SAID ALL FIXED, AND THEY SAID FIXED A COUPLE THINGS AND DIDN'T CHARGE FOR THEM,WEEK LATER RADIATOR HOSE B TOOK MY ESCAPE IN FOR REPAIR , PICKED IT UP SAID ALL FIXED, AND THEY SAID FIXED A COUPLE THINGS AND DIDN'T CHARGE FOR THEM,WEEK LATER RADIATOR HOSE BUSTED CALLED THEM TO COME PICK UP AND FIX,SAID I WOULD HAVE TO GET IT OVER THERE MYSELF THEY COULD'T COME GET, I TOOK OFF MOTOR COVER TO SEE WHERE LEAK WAS ACTUALLY AT AND FOUND OUT WHAT THEY FIXED AND DIDN'T CHARGE FOR ,STRIPPED OUT BOLT FOR COIL PACK,BROKE BOLT OFF ON PLASTIC SPOILER UNDERNEATH AND BROKE OFF BOLT ON EXHAUST, AND NONE OF THOSE IS WHAT IT WAS BE SERVICED FOR, AND TO TOP IT OFF NOW MY 4WD WILL NOT WORK More

I called and made appt for it felt like my low 4 wheel drive was stuck, it wouldn't release.....when the guy drives it, says it needs bearings really bad in left front wheel......I ask to talk to the mech drive was stuck, it wouldn't release.....when the guy drives it, says it needs bearings really bad in left front wheel......I ask to talk to the mechanic.....he said on the paper was only written noise and vibration.....I never said this, I asked the guy why he didn't write what I asked, he said he didn't know......then the mechanic tells me my bearings aren't bad yet.....the guy lied to me from the service desk....whats going on here? want to talk to the owner or someone in charge....... More

I called for an appt, for it felt like my low 4 wheel drive button, never released....explained my whole problem.....the guy later comes out and says I need bearings really bad in left front wheel....I a drive button, never released....explained my whole problem.....the guy later comes out and says I need bearings really bad in left front wheel....I ask to speak to the mechanic, and the guy never told the mechanic my problem, but said it had noise and vibration, I never said this.....I asked the guy why he didn't write down what I really said, he said...I dont' know.....I'm beyond pissed now......then the mechanic says my bearing is not bad yet, the complete opposite of what the guy told me.....talk about getting ripped off, and over a year ago, I paid $3,800.00 for a new transmission, which now I"m not sure I needed......if I find out I was ripped off again for money, will be a lawsuit.....boy Andy Clark has gone downhill, no integrity.....
