These cars have a recall in the automatic 6 speed tra I purchased my 2013 Ford Fiesta on April 5, 2014it had 28000 miles. Terry Freeman was Sales Rep. These cars have a recall in the automatic 6 speed transmission because the seals and clutches are defective. I took my car to my local dealer to have the warranty work done and they informed me that my car had been wrecked, and needed a cross member and some parts for the transmission case. I was not told of any prior accidents in this car. I contacted my personal insurance company and informed them of the needed work and they did a carfax report and it didn't show any accidents in the history of the car. This accident was unreported and therefore was not covered by my policy because I was not involved in an accident. I took my car back to Ramey and was going to let them do the warranty work since I bought the car there and they wouldn't do any of the work. I was told to take it to my local dealer to have the warranty work done. Talk about not standing by the product you sell or being loyal to your customers. I have written emails to Ramey and got no reply. It is costing me $1342.00 out of pocket. Makes you wonder if being dishonest and losing a lifetime customer and everyone else in their families business is worth $1342.00. Needless to say I won`t do business with Ramey Motors or any of their affiliates again and neither will my family. More

My grandparents went to Ramey to trade their loaded 2013 Taurus with 8k miles in on a Lincoln MKS. The dealer told them he would pay the Taurus' loan off for the trade. My 80 year old grandparents thought i Taurus with 8k miles in on a Lincoln MKS. The dealer told them he would pay the Taurus' loan off for the trade. My 80 year old grandparents thought it was a good deal even though it was half the trade in value from kbb (they didn't know). I was furious he took them that bad. Well, the day after my dad goes over there and finds out he didn't pay the car off, just the old loan. He moved the loan value to the new car's loan so he essentially got the car for free. They got nothing for that car and didn't know better even though they were close to paying it off. While my dad was explaining that they didn't know that was the case, the dealer begins to laugh with his other dealers and tell him "they signed the papers, it's done. If he thinks he screwed him it's because he did." My dad was furious because he knows my wife and I are young, she's pregnant, and we could have bought that car. After my dad started expressing this, he asked David Sluss what he would take for the car they traded right now. Sluss said "I don't want to sell this car to you with the way you act." This was the gm of the dealership that said this. Please do not ever buy a car from them. They took advantage of my grandpa on Veterans Day after my grandpa has been disabled since the Korean War. They won't get my money for the new fusion I was buying this month that's for sure. More
