I was buying my vehicle out of state (from Tennessee) and the phone calls, texts, pictures and all other forms of communication leading up to my arrival to take my 4Runner home from Ramey were so incredibly easy. I appreciate their kindness, patience, and knowledge so much. No questions were left unanswered and I never felt rushed or hurried. My new car was clean and waiting in the bay for me. Oakey is a top rate salesman along with Jake in finance and Doug took his time to let me know about everything inside the vehicle so when I drove off the lot, I was prepared and didn't have to take time to blindly navigate the new technology since I was upgrading to a 2023 vehicle from my 2005 Tacoma. I wish they were local to me so I could use them for service, as well! More

Service Dept changed rack and pinion steering to fix steering problem then change front struts to fix steering problem then changed power steering pump to fix the same steering problem then changed stee steering problem then change front struts to fix steering problem then changed power steering pump to fix the same steering problem then changed steering column which was the problem the whole time. Very disappointed and broke. This cost for them changing parts instead of diagnosing the actual problem is Ridiculous. They said the bearings in the steering column had fallen apart. Plus I paid for a diagnosis were they said they could not Duplicate the problem. They need better help. Or maybe they do everyone this way. Bad Business More
