Now I have a negative mark on my credit. Was told by the finance manager that” one delinquent payment shouldnt matter”. It did. Credit score dropped

All I can say is if they tell you, they will fix it
later, don't take delivery of the vehicle until it's fixed. Unless you like making multiple trips to the dealership. The buying experience is fast...
