I was charged $470. 00 for my engine overheating. It then overheated again on the way home after picking it up. Again my car was towed back to the dealership. A week la 00 for my engine overheating. This time I was charged $1500 for the repair. The car broke down again on the way home.(just 15 minutes away from the dealership). It was towed in again. A week later I was notified that they could not locate the problem. I then had to have the car towed to another dealer for repair. I am now out of pocket approximately $2000, charged by Ram County Dodge with no results to repair the issue. More

I went to this location to get a new pickup, to which I ended up talking to Chris. Although he couldn't meet my needs, he did a great job with trying to help me. Didn’t tell me results of my multi-point inspection and had an issue with my fan for the A/C after taking it in for the oil change and inspection. And they still haven’t figured out the UConnect message problem that continues to pop up. More

We were there early in the day when they first opened.
