Did not send payoff for trade in for over 5 weeks. Now I have a negative mark on my credit. Was told by the finance manager that” one delinquent payment shouldnt matter”. It did. Credit score dropped Now I have a negative mark on my credit. Was told by the finance manager that” one delinquent payment shouldnt matter”. It did. Credit score dropped 37 points. Also received a damaged brand new vehicle from them that they are not taking ownership for. My sales person had greasey, soiled clothes on. Smelled of BO and breath was AWFUL. Very unprofessional all the way around. Will be seeking legal counsel for the damaged vehicle and the hit on my credit. Lemon law DOES apply here since it is BRAND NEW. More
