I will start off with I used to be a fan of this dealership...we have used them for years to service our vehicles, my husband's fleet truck, and one of our kids even bought a car here. My recent vehicle purchase here has hands down been the worst experience I have ever had buying a car. I have had the car 3 months, but have only had it about two weeks since I bought it. It continually is having major problems and the dealership will do absolutely nothing to remedy the situation. Customer loyalty is no longer a virtue or priority here. Expect lies, getting the run around, unprofessional management, and zero accountability. They sadly no longer have the small town ethics & loyalty like they had in the past. More

Everything went pretty smoothly except after the vehicle was delivered I was called by the salesman and told that I needed to bring the vehicle back due to a miscommunication. We got it worked out and I did was delivered I was called by the salesman and told that I needed to bring the vehicle back due to a miscommunication. We got it worked out and I didn't have to take it back however the miscommunication was on the part of the salesman not understanding what I told him. In the end however I was able to keep the vehicle and am so far very pleased with it. I do recommend this dealership but please make sure their is mutual understanding in everything that is discussed. More
