It sucks, the supervisor is a controlling, pushy chavonist. I tried to trade the jeep n Austin. I have a pinched sciatica and 3 bulging disc and this 400 mile trip n this jeep just killed me. I was so pist and i have NEVER EVER had this happen and dont understand why this happened! But you better believe i will NEVER go back to this guy or dealership and if this happens again next week when I try again, I'm not to sure what's going to happen because he's taking away my freedom of CHOICE! Did not send payoff for trade in for over 5 weeks. Now I have a negative mark on my credit. Was told by the finance manager that” one delinquent payment shouldnt matter”. It did. Credit score dropped Now I have a negative mark on my credit. Was told by the finance manager that” one delinquent payment shouldnt matter”. It did. Credit score dropped 37 points. Also received a damaged brand new vehicle from them that they are not taking ownership for. My sales person had greasey, soiled clothes on. Smelled of BO and breath was AWFUL. Very unprofessional all the way around. Will be seeking legal counsel for the damaged vehicle and the hit on my credit. Lemon law DOES apply here since it is BRAND NEW. More

All I can say is if they tell you, they will fix it later, don't take delivery of the vehicle until it's fixed. Unless you like making multiple trips to the dealership.
