I had an appointment to see the truck they were advertising (almost 20k below MSRP) but person it was with wasnt there when I showed up. The person who did help me was ok but couldn't answer my que advertising (almost 20k below MSRP) but person it was with wasnt there when I showed up. The person who did help me was ok but couldn't answer my question about the 4 wheel drive & had to look up the information online. They added a $4999 "surface science" charge that they wouldnt budge on. Turns out it was a warranty of which I've asked/called for information on and still have no idea what the limitations, exclusions, etc are! I did buy the truck, even with the extra charge it was a good deal and the finance guy worked hard & got the payments within my range. More

First time that I have been to this dealership. They are a smaller dealership; but the interaction with the service manager was as attentive and professional as any other dealership I have dealt w They are a smaller dealership; but the interaction with the service manager was as attentive and professional as any other dealership I have dealt with in the past. The initial length of time till diagnosis of the issues that we brought our vehicle in for was a longer than anticipated. However, the service manager warned us up front of a backlog in diagnostics. It was our decision to leave the vehicle there anyway. Initial repairs were completed satisfactorily and additional service is scheduled. We'll go back here when future problems arise. More

Great little dealership, hometown vibe, scheduling is easier to get in whenever you need instead of weeks out like a lot of dealerships.
