This dealership helped me out on short notice while I was driving to Florida from CA to help out the victims of Hurricane Ian. I tried to call the service manager to discuss the situation and it has been 3 weeks... no call back and won't answer my calls. The fan clutch they installed broke within 2 weeks and now I can't return it to AutoZone for $312 because the credit will go straight back to the dealership's credit account. And still, the manager will not call me back and help me at least get $312 credit of my $1200 invoice. More
