Thank you Tammi and Ralph for going above and beyond my auto search. The silver 2010 Toyota Corolla runs quiet and feels like a brand new auto too. Tammi is extremely knowledgable about everything anybody needs to know about purchasing a decent or excellent used auto from Ralph's Auto Center in the North End of New Bedford, MA on Church Street. I forgot to mention that Ralph's also gave me four new tires; checked the engine, struts, etc. and also filled the tank full. Wow! You don't get service like this everywhere; so, my advice when you need a great used car, go and see Tammi or Ralph for your next fantastic auto. Peace Ralph gave me free rides to and from home to the dealership so I wouldn't have to spend more money on an uber or a bus. Tammi expressed such deep interest to make certain I understood everything during the buying process; and suggested the extended warranty which, to me makes good sense when purchasing a used auto. I was amazed how the service area went through the car inside and out and also detailed the car incredibly well. The car has extremely low miles around 60,000 plus and it was maintained by the former owners as well. Today's economy suggests that no one can take buying a car (especially a used car) for granted. To me, this was and is a great purchase. I am also planning to get the under carriage sealed because of the harsh winter weather where salt can erode the auto. I believe in preventions, and Tammi listens, understands and gave me such excellent customer services with a home town feeling. Thanks Tammi and Ralph for everything.
