Upon visiting the dealership that week I was promptly greeted by a salesman who directed me to the customer waiting area while he went to alert Mary if my arrival. Mary, greeted me warmly and took me directly to the vehicle I had inquired about. She was able to convey the current offers on new Santa Fe and explain how overall it made the most sense for someone like me who tends to keep a vehicle for the duration of its life. After another test drive and dissuasion with my husband we were ready to sign! At this point Chase was ready for us in finance and smiled brightly when introducing himself. He had all the warranty and service information laid out in an easy to understand fashion. I was impressed with the additional services offered by Ralph Sellers.
