Wanted to charge me 700$ for a 3$ fix. GM knows they are having issues with the O-ring on the upper radiator hose. Refuse to acknowledge that the o ring is the issue. Customer service was horrible they should have fixed it for me the truck is only a year and a half old. I will never buy another GM product again. More

The process was relatively easy and fast. I didn’t give 5 stars because it all depends on how people are when I walk in the door. Some man just looked at me and when I said what I was there I didn’t give 5 stars because it all depends on how people are when I walk in the door. Some man just looked at me and when I said what I was there for, he just pointed at the other person. It all just seemed a little impersonal. Afterwards, when all was completed it seemed like they were happier as I was walking out the door than seeing me come in. I guess because I have been in a customer service position in previous employment, I have high expectations because of what was expected of me! More
